My roof was 18 years old and needed to be replaced.
Mr. Lance and his team were extraordinary. The estimate was accurate. The project started when promised and was carried out in phases as projected. First the old asphalt was removed … More and the new shingles were placed within 2 days (Wow.) A radial metal dormer was replaced (by hand) within 2 days. Finally the wood siding on the dormers needed to be replaced, then painted, then the adjacent sofits needed to be painted, Done, Done, and Done.
The house looks like new.
No worries, no problems, no surprises.

Absolutely the best run residential service business I've ever worked with. Yes, they specialize in roofing and exteriors but their service is top notch beyond their specialty. This is how a service company should be run.
From the … More moment we first called them, they were responsive, calming, ready, and willing to help. It started with hidden leaks caused by hail damage that didn't fully materialize until TS Debby passed through Savannah. Thomas, Logan, and team knew their stuff and had the data on prior hail storms in the area. They also immediately offered to tarp our roof, without any commitment from us.
They also know how to deal with insurance companies and "hand held" us through our initial claims call. They reviewed our insurance policy, which helped us better understand how to interact with our carrier.
When it came time for our insurer to inspect the roof to determine what they would cover, Lowco was here to meet them and made sure they saw all the indications of damage. This was instrumental in moving things forward. And Thomas checked in with us regularly, making stops at our home even when just a phone call would likely do.
Thomas also pointed out some structural issues with our radial dormers, and that ours were not properly framed or shingled previously. They have now all been properly switched to fabricated metal so leaks don't come back!
If you need roofing work done, you want Lowco. They return phone calls, fast. They are extremely engaged and helpful. They deliver to their estimates even during this busy hurricane season we've had. -

Lowco previously put new roof shingles on my home. They did a great job, so I had them quote the install of all new windows. They were less than half of the big window suppliers locally. With my old windows, I heard every vehicle going down .y street and now the noise is completely blocked out. The attached picture is an after photo. What you see are vynil clad windows capped with matching aluminum in a way that they will never leak or require painting/maintenance. Highly recommend Lowco for roofing and now windows.
